When Type Ones are in the space, what is the energy that they bring? What is their natural flow? How does that differ when unhealthy or healthy? How are you managing that relative to your own flow? How does that affect your health and theirs? Join us as we dive more deeply into and explore these questions.
The workshop is part of a 3 part programme that includes pre- and post-workshop self-paced study modules. Booking this event gives you access to the full programme.

FAQs and Important Information
These workshops are designed to facilitate deep shifts in you, towards a healthier baseline state, with more ease and understanding. To make the best of the opportunity, you can consider the following guidelines:
- Before the workshop, clear your schedule and commitments for the day as best as possible, so that you are not under pressure and can focus fully.

- Set up good lighting in the room.

- Have your snacks, water / juices / teas nearby, to keep up your energy and hydration during the sessions. Have your meals planned or ready in advance.

The self-study modules are there to help prepare for, to supplement and to integrate the workshop experience. - and allows us plan and to fine tune the main workshop taking your specific needs into consideration.

Yes, the nature of this type of work requires a certain code of conduct, by both the facilitators and the participants in any process, in order to sustain a space that is safe and supportive for everyone.
- Attentiveness, compassion, respect for one's self, during the course of the day and the various types of interactions.
- Attentiveness, compassion, respect for others, during the course of the day and the various types of interactions.
- Respectfulness of one's own privacy and boundaries and the privacy and boundaries of others (eg. in what / how much to share of one's experiences if that becomes relevant).
- Confidentiality - If one is witness to another's experience or story, that the confidentiality of that must be respected even after leaving the workshop space.
- If there is ever need for assistance in any way, to make sure that you alert us.
Additionally, an attitude of openness with non-judgemental curiosity and a willingness to take in new perspectives, will contribute greatly to the group energy, allowing you and everyone else to enjoy full benefit from the programme.
The choice of the facilitation is very exact, with a requirement for a high degree of presence from each one. The team at hand will be providing not just expertise but a very particular energy through their presence that will enable and support the purpose of these workshops and the processes involved.
The Core Team that will be supporting you, includes programme director and host, Janeshree Govindasamy, and often co-facilitators and teachers: Teresa Daniels, Miriam Hollings. Teresa and Miriam are both certified Narrative Enneagram teachers. They are also graduates of their own Deep Dive into Presence Journey (The Giants Awakening programme (2020-2021)), and are still actively engaged in Quantum Radiance training programme, thus qualifying to co-facilitate in this programme.

- However, please do contact us and discuss your situation, so that we can advise you more specifically.
- There are, for example, some situations where - given enough time, your enneagram typing can be done and you can potentially qualify for the more specific programmes.
If you have booked and cannot make the date, you will still have access to segments of the live workshop via the post-workshop self-study module.
- This self-study module that will include a replays of key segments of the live workshop, particularly any discussion or interview with the teachers.
- Additionally, you can request a 1:1 session or solo-workshop to work through and integrate this topic outside of the live group-workshop.
- In this way, you can still have thorough, customised exploration of the topic, even though you may have missed the group experience.
Privacy for yourself in these workshops is crucial.
If you think the space you will be using will compromise your privacy, check the following:
Step 1: Really assess your options again.
- have you looked alternative venues?
- have you explicitly asked your your family (or friends) for their support? (This is often side-stepped because it feels uncomfortable and too much to ask for. However, it may be a very necessary step for you in your own growth process, to be able to do that. Very often, they will volunteer to take themselves out for the day, or give you the room you need for the few hours of the programme. If you don't ask, you won't know.)
Step 2: Make the best of it.
- Only if you have really checked off step one.
- Let us know as well, that you are in such a position, so that we will take that into consideration during the workshop.
- Earphones are a must... this would be for the protection of the other participants. But also, to give you a way to block out some of the outside distractions.
- Position yourself in such a way that you are screened from people walking past. You may want to use a temporary screen of some sort to do that.
If it really is a situation where you cannot concentrate and others have some demand on your attention, it may not be a good idea to take on this programme. It will not be fair on yourself. However, if that really is the situation, please discuss with us, and perhaps together, we can come up with a workable solution or alternative.
Ironically, you will find yourself in good company, with the sympathy of others that share your experience of this. Group work is daunting and difficult for quite a few people.
Here is our recommendation, don't think about it too much. Wait till you are there, and then allow the process to guide you into a zone that's comfortable enough, regarding the group. The workshops are designed to take this into consideration.
Although participants are expected to interact and engage, we are also very alert and sensitive to each individual's readiness and boundaries and are always responsive and respectful of that. You can determine for yourself, how far you are able to go with yourself and with others.
Each individual is unique and takes in the experience differently. So if, at any time during the process, you are experiencing difficulty that is really interfering with your experience, just let us know and we will help you out.
On the encouraging side... even for those that are clear that group work is not their favourite thing, they do often pitch up anyway because they have found that the group energy and exposure often helps fast-track certain things. The mirroring, similar or different perspectives from others, glimpses into others' experiences of the same challenges... all this provides insights, break-through opportunites, clarity, opportunites for understanding and compassion. And perhaps, most importantly, a chance to recognise and remember again, that you are not alone on the journey.
And if all this is not enough to overcome the dread of group work, you still have the option to request a 1:1 workshop or programme for yourself.
Surprisingly, the virtual-online platform can provide a depth of experience that is rich and fulfilling. Obviously, the experience is not the same, as it would be in an in-person setting, and one can miss experience of being in a venue with others. However, we have found from experience and feedback from participants, that they have often been surprised at how deep their experiences are, and the level of connection and support with the facilitators and the group. Interestingly, the lack of physical venue helps one focus on the "energetics" that everyone is experiencing.
If this is your first experience with a Quantum Radiance online workshop, come and try it for yourself. We would welcome your feedback on this point.
Take notes when inspired to, otherwise relax into being fully present in the experience and use the post-workshop module to refresh yourself on the more information rich segments.
Post-Workshop Self-Study (Review and Integration Module)
- You will have access to selected segments in the post-workshop module.
- This will include discussions with teachers, and key segments.
General comments:
- The segments included in the post-workshop module are edited to best protect the privacy of all concerned and highlight the segments worth revisiting.
- These replay segments are accessible via login access, only to participants who booked for this workshop, and can only be played from through the workshop self-study module.
- This is to protect all the participants.
- The full unedited recording is released to anyone and participants themselves are not permitted to record. Not only would that be a breach in trust for all concerned, but it is also usually unnecessary.
As a standing policy, all workshops are reviewed by the programme director and authorised QR team, to assess quality, plan for improvements and future programmes, to address requests and feedback from participants. Review of workshops, with the help of the recordings, is an essential part of this process.
- All recordings are strictly managed by the programme director, who is the only one who has access.
- Recordings are saved directly onto a local hard-drive, and stored in a secure system.
- Post-workshop self-study modules include replay material that is carefully edited to include only relevant segments (usually discussions with teachers or participants that have consented), to protect confidentiality.
- Access to any replays are restricted to authorised participants only, via login access and through the post-workshop self-study integration modules.
